The Government is conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential small business contractors that can provide and replace Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) valves in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). All information provided in response to this Sources Sought (SS) notice is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. Please refer to the attached Sources Sought Memo and DRAFT Statement of Work for additional details. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the information; however, the Contracting Officer will utilize the information for technical and acquisition planning. All proprietary information not to be disseminated in Government documents must be clearly identified. Since this is a sources sought notice only, no evaluation letters and/or results of this sources sought will be issued to respondents. This market survey is issued to determine the applicable planning and acquisition strategy based on responses indicating capability of this requirement. All questions, comments, and responses to this sources sought notice/market research must be submitted in writing to SrA Markeiya Olive at markeiya.olive@us.af.mil and Emily Rodriguez at emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, 15 August 2023 at 12 pm CDT.
