Amendment 004: Jul 26,2023: Amendment 004 is issued to delete the current SOW and incorporate the attached revised SOW. The current quote date and time, Aug 8, 2023, 1:00 PM CDT remains the same. Amendment 003: The purpose of this amendment is to provide Question and Answer (Q&A) information, revise the quote due date, and delete WD 2015-5253 Rev 20 dated 12-27-2022 and replace with WD 2015-5253 Rev 21 dated 7-12-2023. See attached Q&A document and attachments 4 and 5. Amendment 001: A single optional site visit will be held at Hangar 13, 10496 5th Street East JBSA-Randolph, TX 78150 on Jul 13, 2023, at 9:30 AM CDT. It is highly encouraged that contractors allow ample time to access the JBSA-Randolph, TX Visitor Control Center as delays will likely be encountered. All desired attendees must provide the following information to both RFQ POCs no later than 2:00 PM CDT, Jul 11, 2023: Visitor’s name Date of birth Country of birth Identification type and State or Country of Issue. The 12th Maintenance Group, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, TX requires the Removal of a Spacesaver filing system, to include asbestos and lead based paint remediation, in room 601 of hangar 13. Refer to the attachments for further information. Despite a construction NAICS being selected, this acquisition is NOT for construction, and the Service Contract Labor Statutes apply, as determined by the Department of Labor. Any construction related references found in the Statement of Work shall be disregarded. Note: Due to the size of this project, portions of the attached SOW may not be applicable but should be considered. Specifically, tasks related to the abatement and/or removal of all hazardous materials must be compliant with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, and the individual(s) performing those services must be appropriately trained and certified.
