New furniture will be used throughout the area of work. Open office furniture will consist of workstations. Closed office furniture will consist of high panel cubicle style units. Contractor is required to hire a licensed Electrician to connect power to all workstations. This requirement will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice dated 06/09/2023. Please respond to this RFQ no later than 20 September 2023 @ 1:30 PM Central Daylight Time, in order to be considered timely. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
