Units will have 4-Wheel-Drive capabilities and with the extended hoe capabilities. Contractor shall deliver both units that are reliably and can be used effectively into service. Contractor shall inspect equipment and CE will do their own inspection before accepting both units. Contractor shall coordinate with CE PM on delivery date.
