The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA Randolph, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide eight (8) Water Fountain with bottle filler, Model: LZWS-SFGRN8K ELKAY EZH20, with FILTER D ERPBGRNM8K COMBO KIT CONTAINS 6 BOXES (1-ECH8GRNP, 1-ERPBGRND8C, 1-EWF3000, 1-LZWSMDC, “or equal” for the Medical Education and Training Campus (METC). This is a requirement to replace old inoperable water fountains with the new ELKAY EZH20 water bottle filler water fountains, if equal brand, the equal brand must match exactly in order to fit in the existing wall cavity, no exception as indicated in the Statement of Need (SON). This requirement is restricted to 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns with the size standard of $19,000,000. These will be installed on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. This is a new requirement with (5) year warranty service contract. There is currently no incumbent. This is a new requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.
