This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623U0170 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 and DFARS change notice 04/28/2022. This is a brand name or equivalent requirement for purchase of DFAC Equipment as listed on the RFQ. All questions pertaining to this RFQ shall be submitted in writing no later than 10:00 AM CST, Friday, 04 Aug 2023 (or sooner if possible). Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
