The Government anticipates the need for the following services to be performed: to test a previous design of a fire alarm system. This is NOT a replacement of the existing fire alarm system, but to identify deficiencies to bring the existing system to a commissioning status. The existing system has never been commissioned. This requirement is simply to investigate what repairs are needed with today’s standards to meet the commissioned status. The contractor shall furnish all supervision; labor, transportation, materials, tools, incidentals, equipment, and quality assurance for this project on Building 5570 located at JBSA - Lackland San Antonio TX. The contractor shall provide all personnel, parts and equipment, including but not limited to technicians and specialty tools. The contractor shall ensure personnel have the appropriate qualifications and experiences in the services they are providing. The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are capable of providing all items/services listed in "Atch 1 - Draft SOW". The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required items. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.
