Please refer to the newly attached document titled "FA301623U0125 Questions and Answers_20Apr2023". ======================================== This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the rental of an eight (8) Station Shower Trailer; Qty: 1, with door or wall separation between four (4) showers. There will be four (4) showers on each side of the door or wall for JBSA Randolph AFB with all services required in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) attached. Vendors must refer to the attached RFQ and SOW for all information, to include special notes and instructions, pertaining to this requirement. Vendors shall respond to this RFQ by reviewing and filling out the attached RFQ Document and submit via email to Kristy Solis; email: kristy.solis@us.af.mil and Heather Sorensen; email: heather.sorensen@us.af.mil by the date and time noted within this Notice.
