The 502d Contracting Squadron, JBSA Randolph, is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following: 559th Medical Squadron, 959th Medical Group, and 59th True North Religious Support Team (RST)/Family Retreat in San Antonio, Texas. The requirement will include double rooms with double beds –connecting room option (preferable). Provide entertainment actives (i.e., rock climbing, waterpark, bowling etc.), Meals, conference rooms to accommodate 75 guests for activities. Tables and seating for adults and children, audio visual equipment for presentations etc. Accommodate for childcare service. All included in the price of the nightly room. The purpose of this request for information is to outline market and pricing factors, as well as to offer a recommendation on how to proceed with the solicitation of this requirement. The Contractors shall provide information that includes a complete description, quantity, unit of issue, unit price, extended price, delivery, and the total amount for the Family Retreat.
