Please arrive between 9:15am-10:00am to the JBSA-Fort Sam Houston, Walters Street Visitor Center (892 Hood St, San Antonio, TX 78208) prior to heading to the area where the site visit is taking place. Please refer to all three attachments (RFQ, SOW, WD) for important details. Contractor shall isolate and secure existing domestic water units. Contractor will pipe in 1 customer supplied Raypak boiler, from boiler to expansion tank. Contractor shall pipe in expansion tank to building connections next to expansion tank. Contractor shall connect electrical from building breaker to boiler, pressure up and leak check new piping. The Contractor shall supply and install insulation on new piping. Contractor shall provide materials and labor. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, personnel, equipment, tools and anything else as necessary to result in a complete and fully functional boiler/ piping system.
