A secondary site visit date of February 17, 2023 has been set with details in the RFQ. 30 January, 2023 - Amendment 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date to 10 March, 2023 and upload an updated version of site visit questions and answers document. 17 January, 2023 - Amendment 2- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date to 21 February, 2023. 17 January, 2023 - Amendment 1- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation closing date and upload corrected documents including, RFQ, SOW, and Building Inventory List. Site Visit questions and answers have been been uploaded as well. This is currently a draft solicitation and details/dates may change. This requirement is for the a concessionaire contract on behalf of the 502nd Force Support Squadron, is for the Concessionaire to provide services to authorized patrons at Building 1, Port San Antonio, TX for mandatory NAF Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to include: North Lounge Outlet; Rickenbacker's; and Building 1 Restaurant (Bistro 1). The goal of this acquisition is to provide food and beverage operations to patrons at Building 1. The contractor will operate North Lounge Outlet, Rickenbacker's, and will have the option to open Bistro 1. The contractor will propose a benefit/investment return to the NAFI and shall be used for the total five years performance period as authorized. Please review attachments for further details
