This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0134 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 08/17/2023. This purchase is being solicited as full and open competition to SAM.gov. This NAICS code is 611512 (Flight Training). This requirement is for Prepar3d Profession Plus (brand name only) as stated below.
