This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate Request for Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0127 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 7/20/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 332439 and the size standard is 600 employees. This requirement is for Automated Tool Kits IAW Attachment 1 – Salient Characteristics.
