This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0083 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01 and DFARS change notice 6/23/2022. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 337920 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. This requirement is for Canopy Replacement as stated in Attachment 1 – SOW, Attachment 2 – Salient Characteristics, and Attachment 3 – Layout.
