This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0077 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-04 and DFARS change notice 6/9/2023. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 333415 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This requirement is for an Ice Machine as stated below in Attachment 1 - SOW, Attachment 2 - Salient Characteristics, and Attachment 3 - Layout, Attachment 4 - Picures of Updated Electrical Panel, and Attachment 5 - Additional Pictures and Layout.
