This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301623Q0042 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 and DFARS change notice 20230301. This purchase is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. This NAICS code is 336999. This requirement is for Crossover Utility Vehicles (UTV) brand name or equal as stated below. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing both contacts with your responses to: Lance Watters (Primary Contact) at lance.watters.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:00 P.M. CST, 7 April 2023 - Friday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 12:00 P.M. CST 3 April 2023 - Monday. Please use attachment to submit questions via email. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.
