This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of an OEM Compressor to include installation and the removal of an existing, failed compressor for an HVAC Unit at Building 2264, located on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX. Contractor shall remove failed compressor and replace/install a new OEM compressor on a Mitsubishi Model# PUHY-P72YJMU-A, Serial# 92W00001 Air Conditioning Unit in accordance with the provided Statement of Work (SOW). The Air Conditioning Unit is a Mitsubishi VRF unit requiring certification software to initiate the steps to successfully recover, evacuate and properly charge the system. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The vendor shall respond to this RFQ usng the attached RFQ Document and send it via email to Emily Rodriguez; email: emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil and Keegan Hoover; email: keegan.hoover.2@us.af.mil by the date and time noted within this combined synopsis/solicitation (CST).
