The Contractor shall provide hazardous material, waste, or substance spill response as well as remediation support for all Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) and its locations as listed in paragraph 2(a) in the statement of work. The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, remediation (on soil and/or water), transportation, disposal, and, in the case in which there is a threat of a discharge, actions that may be necessary to minimize or mitigate damage to public health and the environment. The Contractor shall also provide additional assets as required. See attached SOW for details.
