The respondent must provide a Capability Statement that addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to support and perform as a prime contractor for the work described in the attached RFI. ***NOTE*** The laboratory must perform these screening tests within 24 hours of shipping IAW Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics to allow for steady release of viable products in all Armed Services Blood Program operations.
