Short Description of Items and Incidental Services being Requested: Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and transportation necessary to provide 72 bunk beds and 144 mattresses to the individual dorm rooms and to remove and dispose of the existing 144 mattresses that are currently in place. The 72 old metal bunk beds frames and springs shall be removed from the building and placed outside in the designated spot determined by 502 CES.

The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required services. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The Government anticipates the need for bunk beds and mattresses for Building 861 and incidental services. The Government is seeking contractors to provide 72 bunk beds with 144 mattresses, removing and disposing of the existing 144 mattresses and the relocation of the existing 72 bunk bed frames and springs at the Tech Training Building 861 at Randolph AFB. The contractor shall be properly insured and compliant with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. Contractor shall perform all contract requirements in accordance with the Government provided specifications and instructions SOW. Please see the attached Draft SOW for further details on the requirement. This Sources Sought is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award.
