The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, incidentals and any other items and services necessary to provide and install storefront glass doors as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). A project manager shall be assigned and available to 502 CONS and the customer, and be able to answer all questions concerning this installation in a timely fashion. Work needs to be performed on one building at a time, to limit as much as possible any disruptions to the normal day-to-day operations The scope of this project is to replace and install two (2) storefront glass double door at bldg. 5044. Both Doors are 6’-0” x 7’-0”, one at the front of building and one at the back of building. At building 5048, replace one (1) single storefront glass door 3’-0” x 7’-0”. See Appendix A for currently installed doors. Install all new hardware. All materials and door hardware accessories will be installed in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. The doors should be should be 90-minute fire rated with the label attached. Building 5044 is located at 21200 CAMP BULLIS RD and building 5048 is at 21198 CAMP BULLIS RD.
