This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), multiple award, 1 year-Blanket Purchase Agreement for CE Plumbing Repair and Maintenance Services for Joint Base San Antoni (JBSA). Please respond to this Request for Quote (RFQ) by emailing quotes to Susan Flores via email at Susan.Flores.1@us.af.mil no later than Tuesday, 18 January 2022 by 10:00 AM Central Standard Time (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Additionally, questions/concerns shall be submitted to the above referenced email no later than Thursday, 13 January 2022 by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (or sooner if possible). In accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement, the contractor shall provide all materials, tools and equipment, personnel, supervision and vehicles and other items necessary to provide plumbing repair and maintenance services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis. The purpose of this requirement is to address Joint Base San Antonio’s Civil Engineering squadron’s backlog of repairs for Plumbing maintenance and services. 502 CONS intends to award at most three, 1-year multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Plumbing services and supplies at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland, Randolph, Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis. The plumbing services required under this multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will include, but not be excluded to: repair/replace lavatory faucets, commodes/toilets, backflow assemblies, cartridges, flush valves, royal shower stems, wall-mounted drinking fountains, showerheads, sink aerators, urinals, water filter changes on Elkay bottle filler fountains and backflow inspection/certification in accordacne with DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS).
