The Genie boom lift is located at 1260 EMT CIR, JBSA Lackland, TX building 10670. The Contractor shall be an authorized Genie dealer service center that is trained and qualified to work on the Genie Boom Lift. The Contractor shall inspect and repair the system to a fully functional operational status. The contractor shall provide industry standard practices for all repairs. All repairs shall be done in accordance to the manufacturer’s recommendations. The Contractor shall inspect the brakes, wheel drive, tires, lug nuts, wheel assembly and any other parts/components to determine what needs to be repaired and replaced. The contractor shall also conduct a safety inspection. The contractor shall repair and replace all parts/components needed to bring the system to a fully functional operational status. Contractor shall supply all materials and replace/top off any fluids needed to have the machine ready for immediate use. All parts shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part or a Genie approved replacement part. The contractor shall provide pictures and documentation of items being repaired. The contractor shall perform all work within 30 days of when the contract has been awarded at their location. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all the required personnel, tool and equipment necessary to transport the Genie. The contractor shall be responsible for picking-up the Genie, transporting it to their location for inspection and repairs, and transporting the Genie to be dropped-off at 1260 EMT CIR, JBSA Lackland, TX building 10670. Only one site visit shall be conducted for this acquisition. The site visit is not mandatory, but is highly recommended in order for prospective contractors to visually inspect the lift. This visit is scheduled for Tuesday 14 December 21 at 09:30 AM CST at the Lackland Luke East Visitor Center, located at 1734 Luke Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78236. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check-in with the visitor center desk and receive your base pass, if necessary. After receiving your base pass, see Ms. Marie Phillips outside the visitor center entrance to receive a briefing and directions to the site. For access to the base- Please provide your Name, DOB, DL number, state of issue and cell phone number to Ms. Phillips as soon as possible but no later than Monday 13 December 21 at 09:00 AM CST.
