The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to inspect, maintain and repair all Civil Engineering (CE) Kubota Utility Vehicles (KUV) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) TX, in a manner that will ensure their serviceability, safe operation and compliance with current warranties. The contractor shall accomplish all inspection, maintenance and repair of every CE KUV’s specified in Appendix A. All inspections, maintenance and repairs shall be performed in accordance with this PWS, manufacturer’s instructions, commercial standards, Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations that may apply.
