Annual Maintenance and Repair refers to the scheduled visits per your Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP) (section 2.1.2) CLIN 0001 is for the inspections to document what work needs done. CLIN 0002, price list item 1, is for the actual maintenance and repair of the inspection items, and routine/preventative maintenance IAW the PMP, for the whole year. The remaining price list items are for replacement parts (to include labor and such). We're currently working on getting more information regarding the replacement parts. So, on the RFQ, CLIN 0002 you'll just add up all the unit prices (including item 1). The scope of this service is to support existing aircraft sun shades on the JBSA Randolph flight line. The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, and materials necessary to inspect, maintain, and repair or replace aircraft sun shades, to include: structure, fabric (as applicable), lights, electric, bird nesting mitigation, lightning protection, obstruction lighting, safety reflective devices, fall protection, as applicable. The contractor shall provide the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), documentation of inspection, maintenance, and repair.
