The 502d ABW Chapel office has a requirement for a non-personal service contract to provide thirteen (13) Musicians in support of the JBSA Chapel Religious Services mission. Musicians support Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox Religious Services. Contractor will be required to furnish all necessary labor and management to provide the coverage for designated religious services and positions as specified by the Performance Work Statement (PWS). In essence, this requirement is for a contractor to recruit, staff and replace (as needed) chapel music personnel. Qualified musicians support chapel services and programs within the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) community, which includes Fort Sam Houston (FSH), Randolph Air Force Base (RND) and Lackland Air Force Base (LAK), as specified in the PWS.
