GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The SWTS requires contract support to provide training equipment for the Special Warfare Training Preparatory course which are designed to produce trainees who are ready to deploy into forward operating environments for both conventional and unconventional scenarios. Scuba Equipment consisting of Jet Fins, Masks, Booties, and Snorkels will be acquired to support Course 120 needs. Requirement must be IAW Attachment1, Attachment 2, and Attachment 3. RFQ Must conform to the solicitation.
