This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301622Q0002 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 and DFARS change notice 20210929. This purchase is being solicited as 100% Women Owned Small Business set-aside. This NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $19.5 million. This requirement is for MRSA Sanitation Services brand name or equal as stated below.
