This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301622Q0001 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 and DFARS change notice 29 September 2021. This purchase is restricted to Woman Owned Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 611430 and the size standard is $12M. This is a requirement is for Military Training Instructor (MTI) Deliberate Development Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) as stated below. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing your response to: Lance Watters at lance.watters.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:00PM CST, 22 October 2021 - Friday (or sooner if possible) in order to be considered timely. Any and all questions will be due by 12:00PM CST 15 October 2021 - Friday. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. The contractor must submit a package IAW 52.212-1, 52.212-2 and corresponding addendums with the quote.
