This is for the urgent repair of a water well at B104 located at Joint Base San Antonio, Lackland AFB, Tx at Chapman Annex. Work for the repair of the well shall include the installation of a water lubricated turbine pump. The contractor provided the equipment, labor and materials to implement this urgent requirement. Failure to implement would have risked a main water supply to the JBSA Chapman Annex area. To mitigate, the Government requested immediate repair of the water well. The conttractor was familiar with the water wells and had the equipment to sustain.
