Provides responses to contractor presented questions, see Attch - 6, 2. Adds Update Building 3528 Facility Layout, see Attch 7, and 3. Extents the Quotes due date to NLT 10:00 AM (CDT), 27 September 2021. The 502 Air Base Wing (ABW) has a requirement in support of the stand-up of the 5G Internet Experimentation Program on Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) - Fort Sam Houston (FSH). The requirement is for the purchase, delivery, installation and configuration of the necessary components to establish the 5G Internal Network Deployment at JBSA-FSH Building 3528 (4178 Petroleum Drive) as described in the Statement of Need (SON), dated 2 August 2021. This commercial 5G Internal Network Deployment capability will be operating independent of the established military network. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, other items and non-personal services necessary to support the one time installation and configuration of necessary components to support this requirement.
