NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The 502d Contracting Squadron, U. S. Air Force, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) – Randolph is formally announcing the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract (on a sole source basis) to Teledyne FLIR, 7055 Troy Hill Drive, Suite 300, Elkridge, MD 21043. Procurement requirement is for one (1) HDZoom 30 with Vector Camera for Sky Raider Drone to support the 502d Air Base Wing (ABW)/XP (Operations Department. This acquisition is a new requirement and the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b) (1).
