The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to revised and update the Questions and Answers. Question 1: On the solicitation # FA301621U0177 I know there's no site visit walk through, also is this a 1 time service contract or 5 days a week daily service Monday's thru Friday's. Government Response: Yes, there will be no site visit and this is a one-time service for the garage clean. Question 2: What is the frequency of this service? Is this to be a onetime cleaning or repetitive (i.e monthly, weekly etc)? Government Response: This is a one-time cleaning service Question 3: Could you please tell me if this is a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number? Government Response: This is a new requirement, however, similar services have been performed. There is no incumbent. Question 4: Whoever is awarded the contract will have to contact the elevator maintenance company to be on site to control the elevators while we are cleaning the elevator enclosure and the windows. Can a point of contact of elevator maintenance contract holders be provided so I can make contact and get their permators of their ability to have someone there on the job site? Government Response: Unfortunately we are unable to provide a POC but the customer will get with the elevator maintenance company who will be on site when the cleaning takes place. Interested contractors shall submit a quote no later than the response due date and time. Requirement is for the cleaning of a 6 level parking garage.
