This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is solicited and award IAW FAR Part 13. This is a requirement for a one-time rental of two (2) Excavators. This is a notice that this purchase order is solicited as a 100% Set-Aside to Small Business contractors. Please reference the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for detailed information regarding this requirement and submission of quotes. Additionally, refer to Attachments 1 and 2 for a Statement of Need and Product Illustration. The desired delivery of excavator rentals is by 2 August 2021.
