This is an update/amendment to this combined synopsis/solicitation to provide answers to questions received from prospected contractors and also to extend the closing date from 5/28/21 to 6/3/21, See attachment named Qs and As for Classroom TV Project. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate Request for Quotation (RFQ) will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301621U0064 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03, DFARS change notice 20190628, and AFAC 2018-0525. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns under the NAICS code 334310 and the size standard 750 Employees. This is a requirement for the 344 TRS, Classroom TV Project (Building 10900, Rooms C106, C112, C115, C117, C119, C125A, C125B, C159, C223, C227, C235, C243, C249, S131, and S132, and fans in accordance with the attached PowerPoint as well as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW)) along with the related attachments below. The proposed Equipment Price List must be completed and returned with the RFQ.
