This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is solicited and award IAW FAR Part 13. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-02 and DFARS change notice dated 10/1/2020. This is a requirement is for a one-time for sirens, associated wiring and installation for 10 emergency vehicles at JBSA, Texas. The vendor shall respond to this RFQ by: 14 April 2021; 10:00am CTS via email to Contract Administrator: Edward Chilson, email edward.chilson@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer: Heather Sorensen; email: heather.sorensen@us.af.mil . Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified in this solicitation shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received. This is one-time Firm Fixed Price acquisition is 100% Set-Aside to Small Business concerns, utilizing NAICS 334290 – Other Communications Equipment Manufacturing, Business Size Standard, 750 employees.
