There is also been changes to the Statement of Need for this solicitation, the changes are highlighted within the new attached document titled "FSH Library Statement of Need CISP 29 Jan 2021". You can see these questions & answers in the attached document titled "Questions and answers regarding RFQ FSH Library 1" There has also been a change to the due date of quotes to this RFQ. The due date changed from 29 January 2021 to 05 February 2021. You can see this change in the attached new RFQ, titled "RFQ FSH Library New _WIFI Amendment 1".
