This is a synopsis of a potential solicitation. Please read the below description: The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform third party calculations in order to determine the emissions reductions resulting from the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) using methods accepted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for the purpose of Early Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) to support NOx reductions. The contractor shall perform third party calculations in order to determine the emissions reductions resulting from the Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) using methods accepted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for the purpose of Early Emission Reduction Credits (ERCs) to support NOx reductions. For each Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) in the ESPC, the contractor will provide calculations for natural gas and electrical savings and convert those savings to an amount of emissions reductions. The amount of emissions reductions should be in NOx as the reduction of this pollutant will be used to determine potential mission impact.
