This Sources Sought does not constitute a Request for Quotes, Invitation for Bid or a Request for Proposals, nor is it a commitment on the part of the Government. The information received will not obligate the Government in any manner nor will the Government reimburse companies for any costs associated with submittal of this Sources Sought. Further, the information collected by means of this market research will be exclusively used to help guide the market strategy of this requirement; therefore, vendors are encouraged to participate by notifying and informing this Government agency whether or not the responding vendor is capable of providing the services outlined herein. Once more, this notice is an announcement seeking information from vendors and if you are an interested and capable entity, please complete the Capability Survey found as an attachment to this notice. Survey responses must be received by: 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time), Tuesday, 10 November 2020
