Port San Antonio is seeking a contractor to provide quick casual dining concepts to the employees working in Building 1. The focus of the concept will create a contemporary service style and dining environment, featuring a broad variety of menu choices offered in a fresh preparation, exhibition style format. The contractor will service three eating areas to include; Building 1 Restaurant, North Lounge Outlet, and Rickenbacker's. A monthly payable percentage fee of all sales will be made from the contractor to NAFI. This fee will be agreed upon prior to contract execution and will remain in place for the entirety of the contract. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal /Quotations (RFP, RFQ) or a promise to issue an solicitation in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any services whatsoever. Furthermore, this action is not at this time seeking proposals and will NOT accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in a future RFP/RFQ, if one is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Contract Opportunities (beta.SAM.gov) website located at https://beta.sam.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor Contract Opportunities for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
