Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation for the initial control and elimination of household type pests and rodents, in both office and home settings; and special reimbursable services necessary with the requirements herein. The work shall include spraying, inspecting, monitoring, report preparation and other services as specified. Contractor is responsible for properly storing, securing and disposing of chemicals, waste and tools.
