The Contractor shall provide design and complete reconstruction for full depth road replacement of C Street East on JBSA Randolph. The work shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform roadway, curb and gutter, pavement marking, and associated roadway repairs for approximately 1,380 LF x 34-ft wide section of C St East from Northeast Dr to 5th St East.
