This is a Solicitation notice for non-personal services to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the delivery and installation of replacement locking mechanisms (electronic strikes and card readers) with smart card access to hallways, stairwells and dorm rooms at Joint Base San Antonio Fort Sam Houston. A copy of the Performance Work Statement and Salient Characteristics is included with this notice. Set Aside Status: This requirement is a 100 percent total small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal in response to this RFP, which shall be considered by the agency. A Site Visit will be conducted on Wednesday, 25 August 2021, at 10:00 AM Central at JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. See attached Amendment for additional details. Please submit all questions regarding this requirement to Contract Specialist Emily Rodriguez via email at emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil no later than Friday, 27 August 2021, 11:00 AM CST. Late questions/concerns will not be addressed. Responses to questions will be posted on the SAM.gov website as received. Please provide response to this request for proposal via email to Emily Rodriguez (emily.rodriguez.8@us.af.mil) no later than Monday, 6 September 2021, 10:00 AM CDT as this is the only relevent timezone available. However, please understand all proposals are due on Thursday, 9 September 2021, 11:00 AM CST, or 10:00 AM CDT, in accordance with the Solicitation. Amendment 1: A site visit has been added to this requirement and dates for the submission of questions and proposals have changed. Please see attached Amendment FA301621R00550001. Amendment 2: This amendment extended the Proposal Submission date,incorporated a revised Performance Work Statement, incorporated updated Salient Characteristics, revised Instructions to Offerors clause 52.212-1 & 52.212-2 Addenda, and incorporated Questions and Answers/Responses.
