The contractor shall provide all personel, parts, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, software and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance support of the Johnson Controls Inc. ... The contractor shall provide all personel, parts, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, software and other items and services necessary to perform maintenance support of the Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) Metasys Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and Advanced Metering System located at JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Ft. Sam Houston, JBSA Randolph and Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center (WHASC). The EMCS front-end systems covered by this requirement includes Rockwell, Tridium Niagara, Power LogicsSMS, and Johnson Controls Metasys Inc. The EMCS monitors and controls critical air handler units, medical gases, fire alarms, blood banks, HVAC and other critical units. The Government requires hardware and software maintenance and support services to include training of government EMCS operators for the EMCS systems. The Government currently provides day-to-day operations and technical support of the EMCS; however, the additonal support required to be performed by the contractor consists of, but is not limited to, hardware training, monthly sotware updateds, maintenance, periodic updates of Metasys Product Line Literature, 24-hour uninterrupted service of the EMCS systems consisting of Network Control Units (NCU), AHU contollers, UNT controllers, Fiber optic cables, twister pair cables, field panels and dedicated buried interconnecting cables/lines.
