Attachment 2 - Schedule B Spreadsheet is updated and provided. --BREAK-- The Air Force requires a vendor to perform Grounds Maintenance Services at Joint Base San Antionio (JBSA) - Randolph, TX. The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Randolph (RAN), Seguin Auxiliary Airfield (located in Seguin, TX) and Canyon Lake Recreation Area (CLRA) in a manner that will promote the growth of healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. All work shall be performed in accordance with industry and commercial practices, using commercial/industry standard equipment, materials, supplies and tools. Copies of all required licenses, certificates and permits shall be provided to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) prior to the start of the contract. The growing season at JBSA Randolph, Seguin Auxiliary Airfield and Canyon Lake Recreation Area is considered to be 1 March through 31 October, the non-growing season is considered 1 November through 28 February. All interested contractor questions and concerns shall be submitted via email to both lauren.macias.1@us.af.mil and keegan.hoover.2@us.af.mil no later than 6 July 2021, 10:00 AM Central.
