This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for METC Laundry Services (reference attachments) as shown in the solicitation document. This is a firm fixed price requirement, and your submitted quote should be based on the included CLIN structure. In order to be considered for award, vendors shall demonstrate compliance with all portions of Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). Therefore, vendors shall submit a completed copy of FAR provision 52.204-24 Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment and the representation therein. Vendors are also advised to update their System for Award Management (SAM) representations and certifications. If vendors have already completed this representation in SAM, please provide this information and relevant documentation with your quote. Quotes shall detail all included products and services (i.e. surgical towels, hand towels, scrub tops, scrub bottoms, lab coats, sheets, pillow cases, blankets, patient gowns and any other incidentals), the Offeror's Cage Code, DUNS number, and POC information. Offeror shall quote ALL requirements of this solicitation. Late [or incomplete as late] quotes will be managed in accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.212-1(f). This RFQ is not an authorization to begin performance and does not obligate the Government for any cost incurred by your company for this requirement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ at any time prior to award and is under no obligation to make an award as a result of this RFQ. Quotations are due NLT 4 June 2021 at 12:00 PM CDT.
