Request for quotes are due 10:00 AM CST on 28 April 2021. Contractors shall acknowledge receipt of ALL amendments with their quote submission. Amendment 3 - dated 14 April 2021 is attached The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate the Government's response to the Contractor's 9 April 2021 Site Visit questions. 2. Incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) with drawings dated 14 April 2021. 3. Add CLIN 0003 for TEARDOWN-DEMOBLIZATION OF RENTAL FACILITIES. 4. Revised CLIN structures and adjusted CLIN Period of Performance dates. 5. Extend the Request for Quote (RFQ) date until 26 April 2021. Amendment 2 dated 25 March 2021 is attached. The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS Code from 332311 with a Size Standard of 750 employees to NAICS Code 531120, with a Size Standard of $30M, incorporate the Government's response to initial Contractor questions, incorporate a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) with drawings dated 25 March 2021, and add the requirement for a formal site visit to the project site on 9 April 2021. Amendment 1 dated 23 March 2021 is attached. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the RFQ due date submission from 24 March 2021 to 21 April 2021 @ 10:00 am (CST). A follow up amendment will be issued no later than 26 March 2021 to provide additional solicitation guidance, revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) to include revised project drawings, Government responses to initial contractor questions and formal site visit instructions. Vendor is required to provide an approximately 1,440 square foot portable temporary administrative officetrailer with changing rooms, latrines and showers for both males and females, to be collocated north of Building 2186 on JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX. Additionally vendor is to provide eight (8) (8' x 20') storage containers needed to store equipment, tools, and hay. The administrative building and one (1) of the eight (8) storage units are required to be climate controlled. Contractor shall provide water tanks for potable, gray and black water IAW the PWS, if unable to connect to water and sewer lines on JBSA Fort Sam Houston. NOTE: Due to ongoing construction, security fencing is required to be reconfigured to maintain security of Caisson equipment prior to delivery of trailer facility and storage units. Contractor shall coordinate with onsite Government representatives to ensure security of Caisson assets. In addition, Contractor will be required to coordinate with local utilities to provide service to the administrative office facility and climate controlled storage unit.
