This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04 and DFARS change notice 20210115. This purchase is restricted to Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 561622 and the size standard is $20,500,000.00. This is a requirement for CAC Enabled Doors as stated in the attached package.
