This is the third Amendment and all amendments issued to date must be signed, dated, and submitted to the Contracting Office with the quote. There is no change to the quote due date and time of 17 February, 2021, 1:00PM Central Time, as a result of this Amendment. Send copies of all required documentation to the primary and secondary POCs listed in this announcement. THIS IS NOT a Construction project however a Davis Bacon Wage Determination is being included to cover incidental construction work (if any), encountered during the modular facility installation.
