This amendment/solcitation will close 6 Jan 2021. Any interested contractor must submit their response to include all documentation noted in this RFQ and specifically the Technical Factors to bismark.badu.gh@us.af.mil and heather.sorensen@us.af.mil. Please refer to the REVISED RFQ dated 5 Jan 2021 for full details of the solicitation. ======================================== AMENDMENT 1: This amendment is to post the one question that was received from this solicitation. Questions and Answer. 1. Could you please tell me if this is a new requirement, or if there is a current or previous contractor who has performed similar services? If available, can you please send along the incumbent contract or task order number? ANS.: This is a follow-on requirement for CE. However, the requirement has changed in the fact that the contractor must provide all materials, parts, etc. (IAW the SOW posted). There were two (2) BPA awardees on the last BPA requirement: - Texas Plumbing Solutions LLC (Cage Code 84SL7) BPA No. FA301619AA021 - Asher Contractors LLC (Cage Code 6BxH2) BPA No. FA301619AA022 ======================================================= This combined synopsis/solicitation is for a multiple award BPA for CE Trades to provide Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs. This is a Brand Name item requirement and only prices for brand name items will be accepted. This is 100% small business set aside.
